Two FK Lielupe players are nominated for LU Football League February best player award
After decisive LU Football League 1st round games, the league’s management has nominated five players for the February Best Player award, including two FK Lielupe players at once – Kristaps Mackovs and Artūrs Sašņikovs.
For February best player award are nominated Artūrs Sašņikovs and Kristaps Mackovs (both FK Lielupe), Renārs Radziņš (Ej Tu Nost!), Ģirts Burmistris (ČBK) and Mārcis Riks (Jautrie Zābaciņi).
The player of the month prize will be determined by the vote on the official Facebook page of the league, as well as by the team captains. You can vote for our players by clicking “Like” below our players picture on the LU Football League Facebook page. Voting will end on March 11, but on March 16, the best player of the month will be announced.
FK Lielupe player has already once received LU Football League best player of the month award this season, when Kārlis Villerušs was named the October / November best player of the LU Football League.
